Our Abilities
We gather with mould fabrication,
plastic injection, etc. All facilities of mould
department were imported from Japan and Europe, there are latest
Japanese Makino high- speed precision CNC machining center,
Makino mirror finishing CNC EDM, Spanish ONA mirror finishing
CNC EDM. In injection department, there are latest HT, TOSHIBA
injection machines from 56T to 500T and laser engrave system.
To satisfy customer and promise to supply highly quality
products, this department also employed the Japanese technical
specialist to manage and provide training.
Project Tracking and Management
We have two groups of guys who are looking after customer¡¯s
moulds. One Group is responsible for tooling fabrication;
another is responsible for toolings¡¯ tracking and management.
These coordinators will report all updated toolings status to
Customer Service Dept. CS will keep customer informed about
toolings¡¯ every process.
